Dear Yandex Go Kyrgyzstan Team, I would like to share my personal experience after using your app for several years. Unfortunately, I no longer feel that using Yandex taxi services is safe. There have been many unpleasant situations. Drivers can behave aggressively, drive recklessly, or even create situations where passengers feel unsafe. In such moments, there is no immediate support from Yandex. When something serious happens and you urgently need help or protection, you are forced to send many messages to a chatbot before you can reach a real person — and even then, only if you are lucky. Support responses are often delayed, and this makes passengers feel unprotected. Today I had another very bad experience. I ordered a Comfort package, expecting a higher level of service and safety. However, I still experienced aggression and harassment from the driver, which made me realize that the service category does not guarantee respectful behavior. The driver was extremely rude. He was driving very fast, braking sharply, and using his phone while driving. As we were approaching our destination, he asked where exactly to stop, even though he could clearly see the geolocation point in the app. When I politely answered in Russian, he repeatedly asked me in Kyrgyz, which felt intentional. I did not argue and responded calmly, but when we arrived, he rudely told me to get out quickly. After I closed the door, he shouted an offensive word at me and drove away at high speed. This behavior is unacceptable. I want this driver to be properly investigated, and I want actions to be taken so that other passengers do not experience similar situations. Please provide better training for drivers and improve your support system so that customers can feel safe and protected. Immediate support in dangerous situations is extremely important.
