For some reason this place is popular. However, the objective facts are: it takes them 18-23 grams of coffee to obtain a decent coffee in the cup. International standards are 7-8 grams per espresso. This means coffee quality is incredibly low to the point of requiring three times the normal amount of coffee to get some flavour (this also means two to three times the normal amount of caffeine). Additionally, even though the girls have been the same for years, they still need a lot of assistance making coffee. For example, they have to use scale everywhere! And when I say everywhere I mean they even put a small scale underneath the cup when coffee is coming out of the machine and they are subtracting the weight of the cup using the calculator to ensure you get a certain amount of grams in the cup. Silly and ridiculous way of working, which, unfortunately, has been popularized on Instagram by people with zero experience but who keep getting cash by other people to "learn how to make real coffee". This is not the way you work around a cofee machine and it is clear that these people have no idea what a barista is. Finally, food is prepared only once per day and, once is over, it is over. Basically, they do not make you a sandwich or a bibimbap on request. They prepare a certain amount on the spot and, once they break even, they stop selling food. This is ridiculous business practice, especially considering the joint is not drowning with customers. If you have the ingredients, you should be able to prepare food any time of the day... not just a fixed amount (that's how a business loses money, actually).
